Document granting Thomas Mayne Willing and Charles Willing “a certain tract of land, called Banbury, situate in the late Purchase now Potter County.” Signed in the upper left by governor and signer of the Declaration of Independence Thomas McKean, and endorsed on the reverse by the engrosser of the Declaration, Timothy Matlack. Document retains its crisply embossed paper seal affixed to the upper left. In fine condition, with intersecting folds.
