Signed at the conclusion by Clymer as president of the Academy. Document is affixed to a 12.25 x 16 dark green board. In good condition, with several separations and areas of paper loss, scattered toning, soiling, and foxing. Board also has several creases and chips. Clymer’s signature is crisp and largely unaffected by the flaws.
