<B>Declaration Signer James Wilson Endorsement.</B></I> Partially printed document, one page with docketing, 9.75" x 7", Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, October 22, 1771. A financial judgement in the amount of "<I>fifty one shillings & six pence</B></I>" is levied against one Robert McGackey. James Wilson (1742-1798) was a lawyer before joining the Continental Congress and here simply writes "<I>Wilson</B></I>" on beneath the docketing. Some soiling, browning at folds.
