<B>"Death For Hauptmann" New York <I>Daily Mirror,</B></I></B></I> for Thursday February 14, 1935, 12" x 15.25". The paper has an in-depth story about the conviction of Bruno Richard Hauptmann for the kidnapping and murder of the young son of Charles and Anne Marrow Lindbergh. Hauptmann was executed on April 3, 1936 in the electric chair just over four years after the kidnapping. Hauptmann's widow Anna continued to insist that he was innocent until her own death in 1994. Incomplete, pages 3 to 38.
