Blade front sight and express rear sight marked 100, 200, and 300 yards on a solid rib marked "DEANES LONDON BRIDGE". Scroll engraving featured on the fish hammer, lock plates, trigger guard, upper tang, and buttplate tang. The lock plates are marked "DEANES". The straight grip stock has a checkered wrist, silver initial shield, flat butt, and sling eyelet on the butt. Has a brass tipped wooden ramrod. Complete with a wooden partitioned takedown case lined with green felt and a Deane, Adams, & Deane paper label on the inside of the lid with brass corner protectors. The following accessories are included: C&JW Hawksley leather covered silver powder flask, Sykes powder flask, brass bullet mold, cleaning rod, nipple wrench, UMC cap tin and J. Goldmark cap tin.

Condition: Very fine as period refurbished. The barrels retain most of the damascus pattern and 70% of the thinned brown finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. There is some pin point pitting (more prevalent on the right barrel near the muzzle). The buttplate and trigger guard retain 70% of the blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina with an area of minor pitting on the buttplate and some scattered minor spotting. The hammers, locks and upper tang retain 95% of the case colors. The revarnished wood is fine with some chipping on the forearm and some minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp. The case is very good with some minor handling marks and loose partition (one partition missing), with worn lining.
