Twenty-six of the CDVs are engravings and artists renderings of original photographs; the other ten are actual photographs from life. This is a large lot with a plethora of subjects, including portraits, family, and military. Majority of these have condition issues, but none of a nature that ruin the overall integrity and character of the images. Most have trimmed corners; light overall soiling and some exhibit moderate tape lift.
