A small red coat worn by child actor David Holt, who portrays Tom's bratty brother Sid in Selznick's 1938 screen adaptation of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. The Western Costume Co. label reads: "No. 21743, Name: David Holt, Chest 28 1/2, 1800-1900." In the end, Sid gets his just desserts. A very early Technicolor film of the classic Mark Twain book, produced by David O. Selznick just before Gone With the Wind.
