Impossibly rare set of five petty cash vouchers and receipts signed by David Bowie and members of his band, The Spiders from Mars, along with later Bowie drummer Aynsley Dunbar, ranging in size from 5.5 x 3 to 5 x 4.25, circa 1972–1973. David Bowie's petty cash voucher, signed in purple ink, "Bowie," is dated July 27, 1973, for 3,070 francs while he was recording his album Pin Ups at the Chateau d’Herouville, in Pontoise, France, for "money given to David from float for personal expenses." Also includes a petty cash voucher signed by Aynsley Dunbar, dated July 26, 1973, for 700 francs during the recording of Pin Ups.

The receipts signed by The Spiders from Mars are: Mick Ronson, dated August 12, 1973, for a 30.50 advance in lire during the band's trip to Italy; Mick 'Woody' Woodmansey, dated October 30, [1972], for $10 during their trip to Seattle; and Trevor Bolder, dated October 15, [1972], for $20 during their trip to Seattle. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by an original vintage circa 1972 glossy 10 x 8 RCA promo photo of Bowie on stage.
