Signed in ink on the fourth free end page, beneath the words ‘Subscriber’s Copy,’ “Daniel Webster.” Uniform toning to the pages and text block, with heavier areas along the edges of the pages, a loose, but intact hinge, some trivial soiling to the second free end page, light foxing and soiling to the pastedowns, wear to the cover, separation to the head and tail of the spine, and a uniform strip of sunning along the spine, otherwise very good condition. Accompanied by five additional, unsigned volumes of Webster’s Works.
