Very good as period refinished, showing 95% of the blue, with some pitting visible beneath the surface and scattered handling marks. The frame shows a mixed gray patina, with sharp engraving and a few hints of case coloring. Stock is fair as repaired, with a round horn filler installed on the underside of the buttstock, the rear sling eye detached (but included) and scattered handling marks. Mechanically very good.
