Pioneering musician and guitarist often called the architect of swamp rock boogie. AMQS in pencil on an off-white 8.75 x 10 musically lined page: six bars of music from Suzie Q, adding, “This song was written and played in the chord of G natural” and signing in black ink “Best of Luck, Dale Hawkins.” In fine condition. Hawkins wrote and recorded the original classic Rock and Roll version of this song. Pre-certified Roger Epperson/REAL and RRAuction COA.
