Dakota Arms .270 Winchester caliber bolt-action sporting rifle, serial #1682 with Dakota Arms 76 Sturgis South Dakota marking on left side of frame. Rifle shows 24” medium weight barrel, mounted with Leupold 2.5 to 8 power scope on factory engraved mounts. The rifle is finely stocked in select flaming grain burl walnut that is coarse checkered in a precision manner. The rifle is mounted with quick detachable sling swivels andleather sling. The stock measures 13-7/8” to the end of the wood, 14-7/8” to the end of the pad. The gun is in fine to near excellent condition with a few minor storage scratches and marks in the wood, some slightstorage handling, minor marks. From the Robert Petersen collection.
