Daisy 1920's Model No. 118 Target Special BB Pistol. This pistol likely dates from the 1920s-40s. It has blued finish and was the first type M 188 with the non-adjustable rear sight. It used .118 caliber BBs and is of all steel composition. The action functions well. There is some loss of the original finish with some rusting. This was sometimes referred to as the ''Targeteer.'' It measures 10.25''Lx4.75''. The Daisy Mfg. Co. started in 1895 in Plymouth MI until 1958 when they moved to Roger AR. They still make their famous model 25 pump and Red Ryder BB guns as well as a complete line of other air guns and accessories.
