In part: “I regret to say that my schedule during the fall session of the General Assembly of the United Nations is such that it is not possible for me to be present on that occasion. I am grateful for your kind invitation and appreciate very much the interest and support of the United Nations from the League of Women Voters of Connecticut.” Light creases and wrinkles, scattered soiling, an office date-stamp, and an erased pencil notation, otherwise fine condition.
