Letter from a prisoner inside the first Nazi concentration camp, Dachau, dated 27 February 1940. A Stanislaus Flak writes on the Dachau stationery, ''...[In German] I received the money for which I thank you...thank you for everything you have done...'' Stationery includes official rules about sending mail to prisoners, including the length of the letter and size of the paper. Card style letter measures 5.75'' x 8.25''. Some toning and blue ink is slightly smudged, else near fine condition.
