DWM Model 1908 1920/1918 Double Date Rework Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol

The chamber is marked "1920/1918 and the toggle is marked with the "DWM" monogram. The right side of the barrel extension is marked with three crown over Gothic letter proofs followed by the Imperial Eagle. The right rear of the barrel is marked with an "eagle/swastika" firing proof and the upper left with a stick wing eagle over 63. The underside of the barrel has been renumbered to match, and is marked "S/42" and the bore diameter "8,83". The matching serial number is marked on the left side of the barrel extension and front of the frame. The partial serial number "39" is on almost all of the external parts. Straw colored small parts, fixed sights, correctly marked safety and extractor, mis-matching nickel magazine with wooden base marked "278/4867" and fitted with checkered walnut grips.

Arsenal refurbished/reworked with 90% dull blue finish remaining showing some muzzle and high edge wear, and some mild thinning on the grip straps. 40% straw color remains on the small parts with a smooth silver gray patina on the balance. The grips are very good with minor wear, a few minor dings and crisp checkering. The markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.
