Chamber is marked "1920 / 1917" and the toggle has the DWM monogram, with crown and two crown/M proofs on the left barrel extension, along with a crown proof stamped on left barrel side and a crown/M proof stamped on barrel underside. Front sight base and left side of frame are stamped "1917". Properly marked safety position and extractor. Visible numbers on pistol match. Checkered walnut grips, straw colored small parts, and unmarked nickel plated magazine with wood base.

Condition: Arsenal refurbished. The pistol retains 60% faded thin blue finish thinning to a brown with loss at the muzzle and a smooth brown patina on the side plate. There is some very light spotting. Traces of the straw color remain on the small parts. Sights have been altered. There is an area of wear on the left grip panel, otherwise the grips are fine with some minor nicks in the checkering. Mechanically fine.
