EISENHOWER </span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial; color:windowtext'>Partly printed DS “<i>D D Eisenhower</i>” as Captain Infantry, D.O.R., Commanding, 2pp, 4to, Camp Colt, PA, May 2, 1918. Completed “Discharge from the Army of the United States” certifying that Private Milton Weinheim, “<i>Co. ‘A’ 302 Bu. Tank Service</i>” is discharged for fraudulent enlistment, being under age. Very early Eisenhower autograph, clearly penned. On verso is military stamp of the West Side Recruiting Station acknowledging that one bronze Victory Button was issued to holder of the discharge on Aug 8, 1919. Signature a little faded; horizontal folds entirely separated and repaired with tape on verso; tape stains obscure small portions of printed text and a few manuscript words with no affect to signature; large damp stain away from signature; o/w Poor/Fair condition.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.
