This painting is impressive in scale, beautifully executed, and in wonderful condition. As would be expected with Windberg, the surface finish of the painting is superb. The interplay of shapes from the rocks and cactus in the foreground, to the buildings and roofs in the midground, to the heavily impastoed mountains and clouds in the background, presents a visual feast for the eyes. Warm colors dominate the foreground, cool colors dominate the background. There is much to keep the eye engaged -- a masterwork for Windberg.<B>Condition Report:</B> Excellent condition.
