Frontispiece portrait. <BR><BR>Publisher's glassine-covered heavy white paper boards. First published by Martin Secker in July, 1929, the book was seized by Scotland Yard and deemed "too indecent" to publish, necessitating Lawrence to revise the book and omit fourteen poems. Spine and paper wrappers are fine.
