<B>Czar Nicholas II Document Signed</B></I> "<I>Nicholas</B></I>" (in Cyrillic). Three pages, 8.5" x 14", St. Petersburg, nd. Undated, but endorsed March 5, 1905 by an official at Czarskoe Selo. It bears the printed heading (in Russian), "Imperial Decree of the Chapter of Russian Imperial and Royal Orders", it bestows awards on 26 persons, most identified as "Civil Servants". Written in a beautiful calligraphic hand, and accompanied by a translation. In very fine condition; slightly yellowed around the edges.
