.375 H&H caliber; mounted with a Leupold scope, 1.5 x 5 power on Redfield mounts; fancy figured and select aged walnut stock; finely checkered and oak leaf carved; shot less than 1 box and in excellent condition. Engraved with scrolls on breech and floor plate with gold inlaid vignette of standing bear. Fred Shaw was a master gunsmith located in Orange, CA. and later in North San Diego Co. He made rifles for the carriage trade and celebrities from the 1950’s thru the late 1980’s. To reproduce a quality rifle of this type at today’s rates would be approximately $5,000 estimated cost; S/N 593865 (Modern). Est.: $2,000-$4,000.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
