Manufactured in 1970. The top of the barrel is marked with the one line address, "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY 357 MAGNUM" on the left side and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt. Matching serial number on the bottom of the frame and under the grip. The top portion of the barrel, cylinder flats, frame, top strap and hammer sides are engraved with a floral scroll designs with a punch dot background. The front portion of the frame ahead of the cylinder has a floral design, the top of the ejector housing has floral scroll and geometric designs, the rear portion of the cylinder has a shell design and the back strap has geometric designs. Each rear side of the frame has a gold inlaid relief lion. There is a wide gold inlaid band around the muzzle. The front sight sides have a paneled matte engraving. Matching serial number on the bottom of the barrel and on the left side of the grip straps under the grips. Matching assembly number "734" on the back of the frame and on the loading gate. All blue finish and fitted with two piece checkered Rampant Colt/American eagle relief carved ivory grips. The grips are each marked with the number "5" and "Bells'" on the inside.

Condition: Custom embellished with 99% plus custom full blue finish remaining, showing light handling marks overall. There are a couple of real small holes where the engraving has come through. The grips are very fine showing some hairline cracks on the bottoms and streaks of attractive patina. Crisp markings and engraving. The action is excellent.
