Original image size 15.25" x 12" with the plate number at upper left, title at lower left, and captioned at the bottom "From Copyright Photograph 1923 by E. S. Curtis" and "Photogravure Suffolk Eng. The massive necklace of clamshell beads indicates the wealth of the wearer, or of the friend from whom he borrowed it. He carries a ceremonial celt of black obsidian and a decorated bow."
