Novelist and screenwriter (1902–2000) known for writing horror and sci-fi films, most notably The Wolf Man and Donovan’s Brain. Signed book: Donovan’s Brain. First paperback edition. NY: Bantam, 1950. Paperback, 4.5 x 6.5, 181 pages. Signed on the title page in black ink. Scattered wear and soiling to covers and uniform toning to inside pages, otherwise fine condition. Consignor notes signature was obtained by a book dealer at the New York Paperback Show in the early 1990s where Siodmak had a booth for years.
