Canada. 1940. 100 Shares, #C0074, Blue, border and underprint, Allegorical man holding small airplane with globe. Uncancelled. Established in 1937 at Hamilton, Ontario, to build American Piper Cubs. Early in 1931 it obtained a license to build the Harlow PJC-2 all-metal monoplane. The new factory at Hamilton was completed in 1940. Production resumed in 1945 of Canadian variant known as the Cub Prospector. The company does not appear to have survived for more than a year or so after this. Rare aviation certificate and first one seen by cataloger.
