Made in 1993 by Noah Horse. Awarded white ribbon at 1993 Gallup Intertribal Indian Ceremonial. Native tanned hide with split stitching designs on both sides. 34" long. Quill work is traditional. Porcupine quills are cut to deflate pressure, color dyed, and pulled through teeth to flatten the quill for weaving. Appraised in 2005 for $1,800.
