This is a Crow Native American Indian double side beaded flat bag. The bag shows 19th century glass trade seed beads on both sides with a cut fringe border. This was purchased from the King Saddlery Museum in Sheridan, Wyoming where the Ernst Family had the collection displayed.. The pieces were original collected and sold by Otto F. Ernst in the 19th century. Otto Ernst was a renowned Saddle Maker and would purchase Native American items to sell in his Saddle shop and Catalog. Otto Ernst Saddlery Sheridan, Wyoming.
