The lot features a nice beaded tobacco pouch bag from the Crow Apsaalooke Native American Indians of Montana and dating to circa 1900-1930’s. The bag shows an Indian tanned hide construction with trade clothe piped border and glass trade seed beadwork of a 19th Century age. The beads have a nice geometric pattern and show chalk white, red white hearts, cobalt, medium green, and semi-transparent light blue. The bag shows the original belt tie straps and has a fancy beaded top flap which extends to both sides. Provenance: From a Manheim, Pennsylvania collection. Measures 8.25”L with top strap by 3.25”W.
