<B>Crime SuspenStories #23 Gaines File pedigree 2/12 (EC, 1954) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white to white pages.</B></I> This is just the second time we've offered this nice of a copy of issue #23. Like the preceding issue, this one was used in a Senate investigation on juvenile delinquency. It could've been the George Evans cover. But it could have been any of the interior stories, too. Giving the comic reader what he wanted in 1954! Evans, Reed Crandall (two stories), and Jack Kamen did the interior artwork. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $340.
