Baugham,</B></I> Treasury official famous for his work on the case of Herman Petrillo, a notorious counterfeiter as well as murderer of 34 individuals for their life insurance. Baughman signs on a blue slip, 5.5" x 2", mounted to a larger sheet with a typed biography. <BR><BR><B>James J. Maloney</B></I> Secret Service agent with the dubious distinction of being the organizer of all Treasury Agents in the seizure of property owned by American citizens of Japanese, German, and Italian descent at the outbreak of World War II. <BR><BR>Also, signatures by <B>William J.
