He's drawn on the cover by Ruben Moreira of later DC fame, and inside the issue by Alfred Andriola, who's best known for drawing the Kerry Drake strip. The back-up features include Jack Cole's Slap Happy Pappy. This is the highest graded copy certified by CGC to date. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $600.
