<B>Cordell Hull Typed Signed Letter as Congressman</B></I> “<I>Cordell Hull</B></I>”. One page, 8” x 10.5”, on House of Representatives Ways and Means letterhead, Washington, D. C., May 24, 1926, to Mr. O. M. West, Cincinnati, Ohio. In this letter Congressman Cordell Hull (1871-1955) promises a friend to look into a matter of postal rates. Hull later went on to become a Senator from Tennessee, and ultimately served as Secretary of State under President Franklin Roosevelt.
