<B>Copy of a Slave Bill of Sale,</B></I> 7.75 x 6, front and verso, Joshua Gold of misaria tirritory sic sold a nigro woman named Fanny sic for $600. The document is dated December 20, 1189, undoubtedly 1819, as confirmed by an accompanying voucher for $40 drawn on the Missouri Exchange Bank and dated September 1, 1819. A 1941 bill of sale from Benjamin DuBose for the document is included.
