This lot consists of a collection of 7 pieces of antique and vintage copper items. The items include a bugle, humidor, mug, small kettle, small round tray, small rectangular tray and an ashtray. Of the seven items, three have manufacturer names. The round tray was made by S. Sternau & Co. in New York, as marked on the bottom. It is also marked, "Solid Copper"; date is unknown. It retains a beautiful shiny appearance. The small rectangular tray was made by Copper Craft Guild in Taunton, Mass. Copper Craft Guild was only in business from 1973-1978. Their solid copper products had a special coating to prevent tarnishing. The tray retains its warm copper color with floral engraving around the inside of the tray. On the bottom of the tray is a Copper Craft Guild sticker. The ashtray was made by Gregorian Copper. Gregorian Copper was founded by the Gregori Brothers in 1946 in their parents' garage in California. After two years, they moved their operations to San Clemente, CA, where manufactured their products until they sold the company in 1968. The square ashtray features a hammered copper design with a double pinecone design hammered into the bottom. On the bottom is the Gregorian copper foil label. The largest piece is the round 12, measuring 12".
