Legal Autograph Document Signed as Judge, one page, 8" x 11.5", Boston, April 20, 1790, fine condition- hinged to larger sheet, originally purchased from Walter Benjamin Autographs. <BR><BR>Luther Martin, attended the 1787 Constitutional Convention but refused to sign the Constitution because he was opposed to a strong central government.
