Included are: <B>John Gardner</B></I> (1760 DS); <B>Cyrus Griffin</B></I>- the tenth and last President of the United States in Congress assembled under the Articles of Confederation (Signature clip); <B>Tench Coxe</B></I> (ALS); <B>Stephen Crane</B></I>- was replaced as a delegate in June 1776 because he opposed separation from Great Britain (1767 DS); <B>Egbert Benson</B></I>- also served in the first two congresses representing New York (1790 ALS); <B>Theodore Sedgewick</B></I>- the fifth U.S. House Speaker (content 1800 ALS, mentions Jefferson); <B>Jeremiah Chase</B></I> (Signature on portion of document mentioning Daniel Carroll); <B>Simon Boerum</B></I>- rare signature, he died in 1775 (Signature clip); <B>William Bingham</B></I> (1794 ALS); and <B>Thomas Smith</B></I> (1797 ADS).
