This necklace is made of a sterling silver tube that resembles tortiglioni pasta! It features five rubies that total 16.38 carats and they are carved as figural 5-petal flowers. These ruby flowers are arranged upon a sterling silver framework that is so graceful with ribbons and swirls lined with approximately .60 carat of round, faceted, H-I color, I1-I2 clarity diamonds The pendant measures approximately 1.5& quot; in diameter, not including the solid bail.
