These magazines were published monthly in Nashville, Tenn., in the interest of Confederate Associations and kindred topics. This magazine "officially represents, United Confederate Veterans, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Sons of Veterans and other Organizations and The Confederate Southern Memorial Association".
Every word in these magazines has been written by and for the Confederate Veteran, albeit 40 or more years after the Great Conflict.
This issue contains memorials of recent passings; Pilgrims Were Not The First English Colonists; The South's Crucifixion; The Woman of the Old South; Is There Still A Dixie?; Federalism and Local Sovereignty; "That Boy" Joins the Army; as well as contributed poetry.
Very interesting reading in all of these mags with the Southerner's viewpoint. Hard to come by literature from the Confederacy and
its people. A must read for all Civil War afficionados. These items will be shipped via Priority Mail only. Thanks for viewing!
