Confederate Jennifer saddle with forged iron Texas Star stirrups marked “36 Texas” remaining in fair to good original condition. Also included with this lot is a Texas hat star and two star of Texas rosettes which all belonged to Pvt. A.J. Parkerof the 36th and 32nd Texas Calvary. Two letters from noted Texas collector Gary Wiggins transfers ownership to Bill Gary on saddle and equipment. Also a photograph which has been reproduced shows Col. Woods commander of the 36th Regiment andParker at a reunion. The hat star is period scratched engraved on the reverse with ID. The William A. Gary collection consigned by his estate.
