<B>Conewango Valley, NY</B></I> - $5 1929 Ty. 1 <B>The Conewango Valley NB</B></I> Ch. # 10930<BR>From our 2007 FUN Signature sale where it was described, "This Cattaraugus County issuer is extremely rare, with just four large examples previously reported. This is the discovery note from here for the 1929 series. Any estimate will be pure speculation, as an item of this rarity is worth whatever it takes to acquire. One thing, however, is quite certain, that when the hammer falls tonight, one New York collection will have its stature significantly increased by the addition by the addition of this rare note. Given small issue from here, it is doubtful that another example will surface during the lifetimes of the current generation of New York collectors.
