But Roy Thomas and Co. struck a deal here to adapt a story called "The Grey God Passes," changing Howard's tale, which was set in ancient Ireland, to include Conan. Barry Smith drew both the story and the cover. The issue experienced low distribution in some areas of the country according to Overstreet. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $185.
