Four items: a fountain pen signature, “Richard Strauss,” on an off-white 3.75 x 2.25 card; an early TLS signed “Leonard Bernstein,” February 20, 1946, in full: “I am very pleased to comply to your request for my autograph, which you wish to add to your collection”; a fountain pen signature, “Jean Sibelius,” on an off-white 5 x 3 lined card; an unsigned AMQS by Henry Clay Work on an off-white 10.5 x 3 sheet bearing nine measures of music and lyrics for the alto part of chorus of his song “Marching thro’ Georgia,” with Work titling it in the upper left. The lyrics begin: “Hurrah! hurrah! we bring the jubilee; Hurrah! hurrah! the flag that makes you free.” In overall fine condition. Accompanied by two unsigned portraits of Sibelius and Strauss.
