Original 1981 pressing of *In the Pocket* by the Commodores, released on Motown Records (catalog PV1802). This funk/R&B album features the hit single “Lady (You Bring Me Up)” and showcases the group’s smooth transition into the post-Lionel Richie era. The jacket design includes a stylized denim pocket motif with an inset band photo, reflecting the group's laid-back yet polished aesthetic. Cover shows light wear with minor corner softening, but still retains vibrant color. Vinyl condition appears VG+ or better (untested). A great pickup for collectors of 1980s soul, funk, and Motown sound.
