Shipping Details:
We offer shipping to all over Canada. The default shipping cost is CAD 60 plus tax, including $10 for labor and supplements. We will refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.
NO shipping fee will be applied if you are picking up your items. Please do not be concerned if you receive the invoice with a shipping fee.
Some items are marked as "not available for shipping" because they are either fragile or oversized, please note that those items will not be shipped.

Auctions will be subject to a 16% buyer's premium. If you are picking up, there will be no shipping fee applied. All lots are sold as is.
Pick-up times are June 10th, 6-8 pm and June 11th, 6-8 pm.

Internet bidders shall receive notification via email of winning lots and the credit card used to register will be billed.
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lots at his sole discretion.
Coastal Auction assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted.
Products are sold "as is, where is" there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
Catalogs are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason of defect or inaccuracy of description in catalog or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales are final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Coastal Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law, or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder hereby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner they see fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, Coastal Auction is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Coastal Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Coastal Auction will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for auction items.
If you win a bid on an item that has a quantity greater than one, you will receive one of the groups, not necessarily the first lot.
