This medal commemorates the first two men in space, Juri Gagarin and German Titov who was already nominated as a cover pilot for Gagarin- Four months later, Titov had the opportunity with Vostok 2 to realize the second orbital flight in the human history.
The medal is in a very good condition with few signs of age and use. The diameter is 70 mm.
