G. Peter, E. E. Hibbard, and others jam on this wrap-around cover that features Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern, Wildcat and some mere mortals. Sheldon Moldoff contributes the art for a "Black Pirate" story, while "Ghost Patrol," and "Red, White and Blue" features begin. This giant squarebound issue even includes an appearance by Scribbly. With "Sample," "Copyright Deposit," and an illegible stamp on the front cover, one wonders if this was used to secure the copyright for this title. While this copy does have some minor flaws that one would expect on a copy in this grade, it has superior colors and high gloss. Overstreet 2003 VG 4.0 value = $1,778; FN 6.0 value = $2,667. <B>Estimate: $1,800-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium. On occasion eBay live bid software cannot keep up with the pace of the auctions where 4-5 lots per minute can hammer down, so we recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Live carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
