Conte crayon illustration drawn and signed by ''good girl'' comic book artist Bill Ward. Art appears on the rear cover of the February 1981 edition of ''Popular Jokes'' magazine. The illustration depicts a voluptuous lingerie-clad woman in bed with a shirtless man. Art is mounted to paperboard bearing the caption, ''How time flies! Yesterday I was wondering how to make your acquaintance. Today, you feel as I had known you forever!'' Surrounding the caption are variations the artist decided against. Lot includes the issue of ''Popular Jokes'' in which the illustration ran. Illustration measures 13'' x 18.5''. Mounted to mat to an overall size of 14'' x 20''. The publishing company ''Timely Features'' is stamped to verso. Red pencil notations to verso and toning, overall very good
