Inscribed on mat on top "<I>To Joe Garino - From your old buddies on the STS-5 (We Deliver)/ Crew! Keep up the good work!</B></I>" and on bottom "<I>STS-5 Launch on/ November 11, 1982.</B></I>" Signed "<I>Vance Brand,</B></I>" "<I>Bill Lenoir,</B></I>" "<I>Bob Overmyer,</B></I>" and "<I>Joe Allen.</B></I>" Last three signatures a bit light. They were called the "We Deliver" crew because STS-5 was the first operational shuttle mission; it deployed two commercial communications satellites. Framed with Columbia mission patch to 17.5" x 21.5". Fine condition. <I>From the collection of renowned former physical trainer of the astronauts Joe Garino.
