Crew briefing color laser print agenda for Space Shuttle Columbia (STS 107), 11 x 8.5, 28 pages, issued the day before launch of the doomed 2003 flight. Signed in black felt tip or ballpoint by the complete crew next to their respective printed name on the cover page: Rick D. Husband, William McCool, Dave Brown, Kalpana Chawla, Michael Anderson, Laurel B. Clark, and Ilan Ramon. In very fine condition with a staple at the top left corner. Columbia disintegrated during re-entry into Earth's atmosphere on February 1, 2003, resulting in the death of all seven crew members.
